Mini-splits are the answer for the parts of an older house that central air was never run to — a finished attic, a converted garage, an addition, a third floor that sits ten degrees above everything else. We install single-zone and multi-zone systems in buildings that already exist, which means working around finished walls, real joist runs and where the line set can honestly be routed. We also repair mini-splits that are already in: low charge, drain lines backing up, iced-up coils, dirty blower wheels, and outdoor units that will not start.

Walk the Rooms

We look at the rooms you want covered, how they are used, and where a head and a line set can actually go.

Size It

Capacity is sized to the room, not upsold. An oversized head short cycles and never pulls the humidity out.

Install

Heads mounted, line sets run and sealed, system evacuated to vacuum and charged to spec.

Commission

We run every zone in both modes, check the drain, and show you how the remote and the modes work.
