We fix what's already there
Andes HVAC is built on a simple promise: show up when we said we would, find out what is actually wrong before quoting anything, and leave the property the way we found it. We have grown almost entirely by word of mouth across Montclair, Ridgewood, Summit, Westfield and the rest of North Jersey — one satisfied neighbor at a time.
We work exclusively on existing homes and buildings. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. A house that is already finished and lived in is a completely different job from a rough-in on a new build: the ductwork is where it is, the line set has to be routed through finished walls, the boiler sits where a boiler has sat for eighty years, and nobody wants their ceilings opened up. That is the work we are set up to do, and doing only that is why we are good at it.
Today we handle central air conditioning repair, gas and oil boiler repair on steam and hot-water systems, mini-split repair and installation, and rooftop AC repair. We are open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays 9 AM to 2 PM, and every estimate is free.
